well here goes my email for the week.. hope yall had a great thanksgiving watching football and eating good food.. my week was kind of crazy but good with some of the investigators we have progressing and going to church!! here goes the list.. so like i said changes were kind of crazy.. we had 15-20 elders in our house monday and tuesday with changes.. so that was stressful and tiring but not too bad.. just lost about and hour and a half of sleep each of those nights.. umm the pics are of the temple that is in quetzaltenango guate that will be dedicated the 11 of dec.. thats really exciting because its the 2nd temple here in guat.. we didnt go to it but the youth from the coban stake did and i lended my camara to the ym president and he took those pics.. its a pretty temple and a lot better looking then the one thats already here.. not to hate on the temple or anything but it is a little older.. anyway weds.. we were in carcha all day showing the new elders around there.. there used to be six misisonaries there when i was there now there is two.. they have a lot of work to do but it was fun seeing people i know and helping show them the area and introduce them to members and investigators..thurs was good because it was a normal work day in our area.. that night we had a good lesson with fam tercero about the gospel of Jesucristo and yeah it was good and fun teaching brandon and his bros and sis because we used a lot of examples so theyd understand.. then we had an AMAZING visit with the fam villalobos.. we put a contract with them to keep the word of wisdom and they did.. the mom has stopped drinking coffee now and the daughter did too.. we still have to work on the dad because he wasnt present.. so our prize for them was bringing popcorn and a drink and watching the joseph smith movie with them.. they liked it a lot and the mom vilma after saying it was hard for her to believe that joseph smith was a prophet had tears in her eyes and learned a lot from the movie.. also the mom is reading the bom and she said little by little she is learning and understanding it.. and shes praying before she reads it.. the dad also liked the movie and is reading a little bit.. then suzy the daughter said that when we visit them she feels the spirit like she never really has before.. she said that she had cried even when reading..it was AWESOME and one of the best three lessons ive had in my mission.. then me and my comp gave our testimonies that were good and then we knelt to say the closing prayer.. suzy did it and said that she was thankful that we were there teaching them and that she thinks that we are there helping them on a tough road that will lead them to eternal happiness!!! it was really powerful and like d and c says how great is the joy if thou bringest one soul unto me.. we still havent baptized them but they are progressing a ton and went to church yesterday well the parents that is and liked it and have friends that are members.. please keep them in your prayers and we plan on teaching them again this week twice and getting them to church, our baptism, and the devotional next sunday!!! on friday i did divisions with carcha and did a baptismal interview.. it was good and i saw more families.. eugenio too has a baptismal date and we taught him and his wife.. they are doing good and its nice to see a little bit of fruits from the work i did there.. there are pics.. and we were invited to a wedding dinner.. haha we just went in and invited members to the baptism and got our food and went home to eat it.. it was a fun division though.. then sat and sunday were good.. just nothing too special.. we had a lot in church though and we have been able to help reactivate a lot of families.. also brandon and his family (tercero) were there.. so yeah he is going to get baptized on saturday and the change in that family really has been amazing and we can tell how much more happy they are now for going to church again and trying to do their part.. anyway thats about it.. if yalld keep fam villalobos in yalls prayers and fam tercero and brandon thatd be great.. other then that we have some investigators but not anybody thats progressing to well.. we still need to contact some references and hopefully some of those people are interested and ready.. thanks for all yalls prayers.. i know God answered them and that He loves us and those who still havent found the truth as we know it.. i love yall a ton and hope yall have a great week!! next week ill be in the capital again and itll be december!! love yall a ton and its freezing down here.. honestly it is super cold and raining/misting..im going to need to buy some gloves again this year.. haha love yall and take care.. yall are always in my prayers and ill remember yall in my fast this weekend!!
