Buenos Dias
:PHey family! sorry i couldnt email yesterday.. we went to a doctor appointment yesterday for my comp and then yeah it was crazy.. but long story short.. he is in the hospital now and will probably be there for a week.. he is with another elder and another elder is with me.. but yeah he just needs to rest and i think it is just an infection so they will need to open up his knee and clean it and i think thats about it.. so i am here and gonna be working with two of the other elders that live in the house.. just helping the fechas or baptisms that we have progress so that they can happen this weekend!!!! :) so maria fernanda got her papers last night so the marriage will happen at 6 on friday and i will baptize her after.. she asks me to do it.. but i am not supposed to lift anything heavy or use alot of strength but she is kind of bigger so hopefully i dont strain myself when i baptize her.. but yeah that is super exciting that finally its gonna happen. cristian is gonna be baptized this sunday at 8 before our sacrament meeting at 10 so that he can recieve the Holy Ghost and maria fernanda will be able to recieve it too!!
this week we werent able to leave much to work cause of my comps knee but we got permission to go to the activity for the 15th of september.. the day of independence here.. here are some photos of it and other stuff i cant explain them all but i bought this little flag and marched through the market with it for a little bit to show my guat pride..
haha i am still a dork :P but yeah it was tight.. there was a stake activity with music and one of the other pics is with a marimba.. a musical instrument that they use a lot here.. also my comp gave hermano vasquez a plack cause he had an extra one.. that guy says that i am his adopted kid.. haha he and his family are tight.. we ate pizza with them that night.. 
we have been visiting cristian a lot and he is a smart kid and learning a lot.. i went with elder karr to teach him the plan of salvation and he repeated it back to us.. it was cool! sean thanks for the email and pics.. sorry i didnt have time to respond but i am glad yall are doing well... try and send the video again or maybe in a different format and whats your new address to the house and whats jakes address too so i can respond to the dear elder he wrote me forever ago? well mom and dad if you could figure out how much money i have on my debit card thatd be good cause i had to spend a little more then 100 bucks to but the camera..we recieved a reference last week and they are a family and are excited to learn about the church.. they asked a ton of questions and we were able to answer all of them and with the bible a lot of them.. they were gonna come to church but something happened. and they already have a good friend thats a member to support them! they should get baptized next change.. but hopefully i wont be here cause its time for me to leave colombia!
well also we bought these mouthpieces in the market that make weird sounds.. me an my comp mess with people now with them.. i walked by some random people and did the sound and they all busted out laghing.. oh the dorky things we do as missionaries to have fun.. but yeah this sister in our ward the other day was talking about my hair and eyes and how pretty they are. haha it was funny but awkward cause her and her husband were talking to us and yeah i dunno.. haha but i dont have too much time left but please remember in your prayers to pray for my comp and his health.. and my health too.. but more importantly maria fernanda and cristian that they will be able to be baptized this weekend and enter into a convenant with Our Father in Heaven! well i love yall a ton and thanks for all the email and support that yall give me! i hope everyone is doing well and ill write yall next monday!
